Musings and missteps from my travels abroad. Summer in December: Tramping around New Zealand. Before I begin my story, it’s helpful to have a little background. This marks my third trip this year across the Pacific. The first trip was back in March, when I flew to. For Spring Break. In May, to celebrate the end of finals, I traveled to. Having spent over 40 hours in an airplane over the Pacific, you’d think I’d know better than to do it again in the same year. Not long after returning from. In the years ...

One selection from the road (near Waldport, OR). For now the big news is that I decided to join the Mad Alchemy / Verge Grassroots Cycloross team. I guess I won’t get to enjoy the team tent, but hopefully the power of embrocation will be sufficient. Anyway, cyclocross training is underway, and hopefully I’ll start updating this more…. Bay Area trip - Nathan
http://nathanw.livejournal.com/83870.html
Bay Area trip - Nathan. June 10th, 2009. I'm going to be in the SFBA next week, for a vacation. Arriving Sunday, staying in SF with no firm plans on Sun-Wed, then attending the American Homebrewers Assosiation National Conference. In Oakland Thu-Sat, and leaving Sunday morning. I do plan to make pilgrimages to Toronado. What else is going on that I don't want to miss? The last day of RoboGames. June 11th, 2009 05:55 am (UTC). Sounds like a fund trip! Seasonal and specialty beers enjoyed in the pacific n.w. Would be $5.99 (22oz). They marched not in single file but in troupes. Onward, upward through the Highland to a summit upon which they would last as long as they could. Maybe I should have that checked out. Anyway, I enjoyed the bottle all to myself and it was pleasant. This beer came in a little sampling package sent to me from Bridgeport thanks to my friend Molly Gilbert who does PR work for them. Sorry it took me so long to feature one! Assuredl...

All about new Beer experiences. Laquo; Review: Lagunitas GnarlyWine Olde Style Ale. Why do we do it? April 29, 2010 by wd2048. It’s a valid question. I digress though. Again, why do we do it? Simply put, it’s for education! World that are putting out FANTASTIC product! 8230; I could go on and on. We know what the ...
