Every Day with the King. Christian Books with Coffee. October 21, 2016. Delight yourself also in the Lord. And He shall give you the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4 is indeed familiar. I recognize it as a verse that people quote when making the ridiculous claim that God will grant your every desire like a genie. Awareness of this misuse may have resulted in my avoiding the verse altogether in the past. I don’t know what we might discover but let’s be adventurers together. Comments are always welcome 🙂.
