All of the applicants had to give a five minute how-to lecture on something not on a standardized test. I told them "How To Make A (mild) Chicken Curry From Scratch". The audience was impressed that such a recipe could be described in five minutes (Thank you very much Ms. R ). You pay the manager to look after everything, alls you have to do is sit on the beach!
