Five County Treatment and Youth Rehabilitation Center. Telephone calls generally occur between 7:00 and 9:00 pm daily. Two outgoing telephone calls per week are permitted for Detention Residents. Juveniles in Treatment Programming may earn additional weekly phone calls. Calls are limited to 15 minutes. Parents may call 208-624-1345 to speak to a Center Staff or member of Managment. Residents that abuse telephone privileges may result in phone use loss or restriction with juvenile probation approval.

Five County Treatment and Youth Rehabilitation Center. Detention residents from the five counties are billed $50.00 per day. Invoices will have the juvenile’s name as the billing name, however parents and/or legal guardians are responsible for the total amount due regardless of the juvenile’s age.
